Eligibility for Returns & Exchange

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • The product is damaged or defective upon delivery

  • You received the wrong product

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • Pillows, cushions, backrests, memory-foam products that show usage

  • Items without original packaging

  • Customised or special-order items

Return Window

  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

  • Exchanges subject to stock availability.

Process

  1. Contact our support team with order details and images.

  2. Our team will verify the issue.

  3. Once approved, pickup will be arranged.

  4. Refund/Exchange will be initiated after product inspection.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

  • Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.

Rejections

Softiva reserves the right to decline returns if the product is used, damaged due to mishandling, or not in original condition.
